House Plan Options That We Offer

TotalPlans.com has many ways to purchase the house floor plan you require and in different formats. Each will vary in price as well as ability to use as construction sets. Please note below the options and capabilities for each:

Study Set of House Plans

Included is one (1) set of house floor plans and all four side(s) elevations only. This set will be stamped "NOT FOR CONSTRUCTION". This means that this set does not carry a license to build the home by the purchaser.

Construction Set of House Plans

Included are five (5) complete sets of house floor plans and others sheets associated with this design. This set will be printed on bond paper and all Construction Sets carry a license to build by the purchaser.

Other options available are below and may have additional costs associated.

Ordering Additional Sets

You may order up to five (5) additional sets. All additional sets must be ordered within (30) days of original order date.

Right Reading Reverse Set

Because of site conditions, some house floor plans require reversing. All of our plans, when reversed, will be able to be read correctly.

Reproducible Sets

These sets are printed on reproducible bond paper. These sets may be used to have copies made or to have corrections made to the home floor plans. Please call to see if this option is available at the time of ordering. Purchasing of this set only allows the purchaser to construct one (1) home with this house floor plan. Only qualified professionals may make any and all changes to these drawings. TotalPlans.com is not responsible for any and all changes made in association with this set of house floor plans.

CAD File Set

Included is one (1) set of complete house plans in digital format on CD. If ordered, only qualified professionals may make any and all changes to these house floor plans. TotalPlans.com is not responsible for any and all changes made in association with this set of house floor plans.

Material List

Material lists are not included with any sets of our drawings. We have concluded that it is more efficient to rely on your local professional personel to assist you with this stage of construction.
