All of the house plans within our site have been prepared by and are the sole property of TotalPlans.com. These house plans were not prepared by or checked by a licensed engineer and/or architect. TotalPlans.com does not represent or imply itself to be a licensed engineer and/or a licensed architect.

All house plans, within our site, shall not be copied and/or modified without the written consent of TotalPlans.com. When you purchase and receive copies of our house floor plans, they will have a RED stamp on each sheet. This RED stamp is a protection for you and for TotalPlans.com. If the stamp is not RED, then it is an illegal set of house plans and is punishable under the International copyright infringement law.

If you find that you require additional sets of drawings, you may purchase more sets within a thirty (30) day period from your original purchase date. All requested additional sets after this time frame will be sold at full house floor plan price.

Since it is possible to make illegal copies of a drawing, all plan sales are final. No refunds are offered. Be sure of your order before placing it. Also, all deposits for custom designs and modifications are non-refundable.

We respect the privacy of our clients, therefore we cannot release information about houses built in your area.
